PROJECT BACKGROUND

Chemical plants, specialty chemical manufacturers, coatings facilities, and industrial processors across Northern Ohio and Southeast Michigan represent a high-value, underserved segment for Campbell. These facilities run continuous operations in process-dependent, compliance-heavy environments — exactly where Campbell’s industrial expertise, Lifetime Guarantee, and 24/7/365 emergency response create genuine differentiation. 

Most HVAC and mechanical contractors serving this segment are general commercial providers who lack the process knowledge, hazardous-environment experience, or compliance orientation that chemical plants require. Campbell is positioned to own this space in our four markets.

PROJECT GOALS

Generate qualified pipeline from Plant Managers, Facility Managers, and EHS Managers at chemical and specialty industrial facilities in Toledo, Cleveland, Findlay, and Ann Arbor. Primary objective is first appointments and mechanical risk assessment requests.

Establish Campbell’s name as the credible mechanical partner for process-critical, compliance-sensitive industrial facilities — not just another HVAC contractor.
