Here’s what you can expect from the process of enrolling in the C.A.R.E. Program:
- Concept meeting: We meet with you to assess your building layout and existing plumbing and HVAC systems. During this meeting, we ask you to share details about your current spending, how often your systems are maintained, and how often you experience issues with your equipment.
- Financial strategy proposal: We present a comprehensive financial plan to demonstrate long-term savings. This plan demonstrates how reallocating funds to focus on preventative maintenance can help maximize your operational efficiency and extend equipment life.
- Establish partnership: Once you approve of our financial plan, our team handles all implementation, system maintenance, and performance monitoring moving forward.
While our initial meeting requires a lot of input from you, we are here to support you every step of the way. Plus, once your contract is signed, you can focus on your business operations while Campbell handles your plumbing and HVAC systems. If any replacements, upgrades, or repairs are needed, we take care of them at no additional cost.
